Lived Insights Joins ‘Digital Friendly York’ Partnership

Lived Insights is excited to be part of Digital Friendly York, a city-wide project that helps make sure everyone in York can get online and knows where to find help if they need it.

The project brings together organisations from across the city to:

  • Help residents understand the benefits of digital technology.
  • Provide opportunities to develop the skills needed to make the most of being online.
  • Support people in getting connected to the internet and digital devices.

Digital Friendly York partners are working together to give everyone in York better access to digital tools and resources. They want to help both individuals and communities, recognising that everyone’s needs and preferences are different.

The goal is to help people get the information, services, and support they need in the way that suits them best. This includes using digital options when helpful, but also keeping non-digital choices available.

Digital Friendly York represents a shared commitment: making sure no one in the city is left behind in the digital age.
