From the brink of eviction to finding a place he could truly call home – both physically and within his community – Tom’s journey has been one of resilience and transformation.

With access to health care, resettlement services, and support for drug and alcohol recovery, he was able to rebuild his life. Most importantly, it was the strength of community support that helped him achieve lasting recovery, stability, peace of mind and perhaps even the joy of having a dog by his side.
